The Yggdrasil is a powerful symbol of life and the universe within Norse mythology. Available in two variants, one gold-colored and one silver-colored.

The tree of life, Arbor whitee (Latin), exists in several cultures and has different names. In ancient Norse mythology, it is referred to as Yggdrasil and is the center of the Vikings' worldview, its branches connect the different worlds and creation as a whole.

The earrings are handmade from nickel-free brass and are also ofailable in a silver-plated variant.

Silver-plated means that the surface of the jewelery has been silver coated with a thin layer of silver.
All Nordly's jewelery is nickel and cadmium free.
Today, brass is a mixture of copper and zinc.
During the Viking Age, copper was mixed with tin in different proportions to get the same gold-like color that brass has.

Care

Silver and brass oxidize over time. You can easily polish the earrings with silver and brass polish.
This can be purchased in most grocery stores.
