Triskele in circle
Material
This larger charm is a statement piece with an airy design that makes it not too heavy to wear but still visible. The symbolism is ancient and has several meanings. The Triskele symbol is known among other things as Odin's horn where it represents three drinking horns. Behind this symbol there is a story. Odin came to the giantess Gunnlöð to drink the mead of the poem (skáldskaparmjöðr). He negotiated for three nights to get three sips of the mead. For the Vikings, the number three had an important symbolism and was associated with several magical powers.
