Once the right horn is found, the lengthy process of cutting, sanding, and polishing begins, taking many hours. Each horn's unique color and shape, combined with the craftsman's skill and the motif's power, creates a unique masterpiece of a quality rarely seen today.
The outside of the mug has been shaped, hand-carved, sanded, and polished for many hours to achieve its final appearance and high-gloss finish, while the inside has been polished and sealed with a special coating approved for food containers.
The horn stand is not included with this product but can be purchased separately. The 70 mm horn stand fits.
