Our smallest book with handmade paper. The book is beautifully bound in leather and decorated with a small brass clasp. A notebook or sketchbook with handmade paper in 100% recycled cotton fiber. Perfect for taking notes, drawing or painting in. The book has 100 leaves, i.e. 200 pages.

As the paper is of high quality, 150 grams per square meter, it is well suited for drawing with ink markers, writing with ink or other media.
The paper is handmade from 100% recycled cotton fiber.

Care

Leather is a natural material that dries out over time. Therefore, condition the leather as needed or at least once a year with leather conditioner. You can buy leather conditioner at shoe stores or specialty shops.

Details

These books are made in collaboration with the Kagzi people of India. A minority group that has handmade paper for hundreds of years. Due to industrialization's new methods of mass-produced paper, the Kagzi people have struggled in modern times. This was first brought to attention by Mahatma Gandhi, who purchased their handmade paper for all his temples to support them and to preserve this ancient craft tradition.
