Prices and fees
All prices stated on NordlysViking.com include statutory VAT, and exclude shipping costs.
The possible shipping cost for each order is the same regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Sale and Promotions
We have the right to remove goods or change prices during each realization or promotion period without notifying you first. The price stated in our online store is the actual price of the product and can not be influenced by you as a customer. The total amount that is in the cash register and that you approve upon completion of the purchase is the total amount that you have committed to according to conditions and which must be paid. This total amount cannot be changed or renegotiated after the purchase has been completed.
We reserve the right to ev. longer handling times during "sales" and campaigns that may be added.
Discount codes with limited validity, which are distributed as part of a promotion or upon delivery of purchases, may only be used once and only in accordance with the conditions established for each individual code. Minimum order limit
At Nordlys, we have no limit to the minimum value of a purchase. On the other hand, delivery is free, throughout Sweden, for purchases over SEK 699.
Ordering / drawing up an agreement
The customer places his order online via NordlysViking.com. Purchases in a physical store or at an event are not covered by the Distance Purchase Act and therefore have other purchase conditions. Once you have placed your order, we will email you a confirmation that your order has been received. (if you do not receive an order confirmation, first look in your filter for spam, then contact customer service) Then an email will be sent out confirming that your order has been sent from us. If for any reason we are unable to send your order or parts of your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, but at the latest in your confirmation of the sent order.
Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you may be contacted with information about your package by the transport company. If you have chosen to send your order as a Goods Letter, the delivery will arrive in your mailbox, or if the letter is too large for your mailbox, to the nearest delivery point. Nordlys takes no responsibility for non-traceable consignment notes after they have been submitted to Postnord. Should your Item Letter not be delivered, you will be referred to Postnord's customer service.

Return shipping cost: Nordlys offers return shipping!
Unredeemed packages: SEK 199 in shipping, handling and administrative fees when our conditions for returns and purchases have not been followed.
Cost for payment method: When invoicing, an invoice cost of 30 sec will be added. This is also clearly shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you pick up your package. The right of withdrawal applies to all goods regardless of price or campaign, but not to order custom-made and cut fabrics. If you have already paid for an item that you return, we will refund the purchase cost and possibly shipping fee. You pay the return shipping yourself.
If you have received a wrong item, you must immediately notify us at Nordlys about this and wait for further instructions via email
If we judge that the item is incorrect, we will send the correct item, provided that it is in stock, as soon as we have received the incorrect item in return. Nordlys is responsible for return shipping. Detailed instructions will come via email after we have received your complaint. These provisions do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Nordlys guarantees a full refund of your purchase, provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you.
This means that the goods must not have become dirty, washed, damaged, changed or used (other than what can be assumed normally to inspect the product) and that any notes and labels are intact, and that any. packages are returned in the condition in which they arrived.

Nordlys strives for all deliveries to be as environmentally friendly, cheap and fast as possible to provide the best service.

Nordlys delivers all over the world, so depending on where you live and which delivery method you have chosen, it can take a little different time. But our goal is to send your order within 24 hours of ordering, on weekdays, provided we have the goods in stock.
If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive it, you should report it immediately on site upon delivery of your package and then contact Nordlys immediately.
