All our glass beads are handmade in the traditional way.
Patterns and colors are not painted on, but are created from molten glass that is wrapped around a plaster-dipped steel rod.
Already during the Viking Age, we northerners fell in love with the beautiful expression of glass beads and it is a love we share with the rest of the world. The process we use today is almost identical to the one the Vikings used. Even though we in Scandinavia hadn't figured out how to make glass.
