All Nordly's jewelery is nickel and cadmium free. Today, brass is a mixture of copper and zinc.
During the Viking Age, it was common to silver or gold coat jewelry.

Care

Selenite does not tolerate water.
Brass oxidizes over time and becomes darker in color. You can easily polish the jewelry with brass or silver polish. This can be bought in most grocery stores.
