To create these outstanding works of art, our craftsmen have first searched through hundreds of horns in their quest for a horn that is thick enough. To be as thick in the material as 10mm, the horns must come from real monster bulls. Once the right horn is found, the many hours-long process of cutting, grinding, and polishing begins. Each horn's unique color and shape, combined with the craftsman's skill and the power of the motif, creates a unique masterpiece of a quality rarely seen today.
"The outside of the mug has been shaped, hand-cut, sanded, and polished for many hours to achieve its final appearance and high-gloss finish. Meanwhile, the inside has been polished and sealed with a special lacquer approved for contact with food."
