This round charm with spiral-shaped sun symbols has a ball with a bell inside it. The bell has a soft chime like that of silver bells. Popular as a gift for expecting mothers, but also used as a stress-relieving piece of jewellery or simply because it is beautiful. The ball can be opened so you can take out the bell and replace it with something else. It is said that the baby in the womb hears the chiming and is soothed. And that after birth the baby recognises the sound and that it has a calming effect.

Legend says that a group of good fairies who thousands of years ago fled into the forest where they lived in a safe place - away from dangers and evil.
Thanks to their friendship with the angels, they were presented with a piece of jewellery that contained a little bell - as a symbol of protection and love.
