These large moon-shaped earrings are in a filigree design and decorated with small drops in geometric ptoerns. We hofe taken our inspiration here from the Baltic and Slofic ancient tradition of moon symbols that were often worn by women during the Viking Age around the Baltic Sea. 

They are ofailable in two designs, one gold and one silver.

Sold as a pair.

Measurements & Materials

Material: Brass Size: Height incl. hook 40mm, width 30mm
Silver-plated means that the surface of the jewelery has been silver coated with a thin layer of silver.
All Nordly's jewelery is nickel and cadmium free.
Today, brass is a mixture of copper and zinc. During the Viking Age, copper was mixed with tin in different proportions to get the same gold-like color that brass has.

Care

Silver and brass oxidize over time, you can easily polish the earrings with silver and brass polish.
This can be bought in most grocery stores.
