This ring brooch (fibula) is cold wrought in steel and keep it shape very well. A suitable for the shirtneck leg wraps or a small bag. Shaped like a horseshoe with a needle across. The function is a little like a vikingtime safety pin, with a nice design. The fibula is viking signature item. The finding of a fibula in Canada 1960 convinced archeologists that they found a viking settlement. The fibula is 2.5mm thick and the width 45mm.

Care

Brass oxidizes over time and becomes darker in color. You can easily polish the jewelry with brass or silver polish. This can be bought in most grocery stores.
