The mask of Loke combined with the black leather and a few simple bronze beads creates a very composed and powerful impression. This necklace is part of our design series of complete pagan necklaces, in which we have combined various historical pendants with leather, bone, and horn to create Viking jewelry suitable for everyone, both then and now. Since organic materials such as leather, wood, and horn do not survive in the ground over time, we know very little about what Viking jewelry looked like. What has been found is the metal, stone, and glass that have survived. With these necklaces, we have therefore created a vision of how these pieces of jewelry may have been assembled and worn.
