Ring brooch, small in steel
This ring brooch (fibula) is cold wrought in steel and keeps it´s shape very well. Suitable for the shirt neck, sleeves or where a small safety pin is needed. Shaped like a horseshoe with a pin. The function is a little like a viking age safety pin, but with a nicer design. The fibula is viking signature item. The finding of a fibula in Canada 1960 convinced archeologists that they had indeed found a viking settlement. The fibula is 2mm thick and the width is 25mm.
