Belt buckles of bone and horn were common during the Viking Age and the Middle Ages. This belt buckle we have made from ox bone. With this buckle you can use a belt that is a maximum of 16 mm wide. The belt end is 65 mm long.

Bone is a natural material that shares many properties with wood. It can therefore dry out over time. Treat with wood oil as needed or once or twice a year as a preventive measure.
