Refund policy

The following conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "customer") at NordlysViking.com and other e-commerce channels operated by Nordlys Design AB

Right of withdrawal 

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you collect your package. The right of withdrawal applies to all goods, regardless of price or campaign, but not for orders of made-to-measure and cut-to-size fabrics. You have the right to open the packaging to check that the product is free of defects.

We always try to make our customers happy, so get in touch no matter how long it has been or why you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Then we will try to find a solution so that you feel that it has been done right.

If you regret your purchase, please let us know at info@nordlysviking.com as soon as possible, and we will send you a return shipping slip with which you can send your order back. If you don't want to wait for it, you can also pay for the return shipping yourself and send the order back.

The right of withdrawal can be extended in your favor on selected occasions, for example during holidays. Clear information about this is then given in the order confirmation and at the checkout.

If you have already paid for an item that you are returning, we will refund the purchase cost and possibly shipping fee. If you have chosen to pay the return shipping yourself, instead of waiting for a return shipping slip, you will not be reimbursed for that cost.

Wrong item

If you have received a wrong item, you must immediately inform us at Nordlys about this and wait for further instructions via email
If we judge that the item is incorrect, we will send the correct item, provided it is in stock, as soon as we have received the incorrect item in return. Nordlys is responsible for the return shipping. Detailed instructions will be sent via email after we have received your complaint. These provisions do not limit applicable statutory rights.


Returns: Nordlys offers free return shipping inside Sweden!

Nordlys guarantees a full refund of your purchase, provided that all goods are returned in the same condition they were in when delivered to you.
This means that the goods must not have been dirty, washed, damaged, changed or used (other than what can be assumed normally to inspect the goods) and that any notes and labels are intact, and that if packages are returned in the condition in which they arrived.

Nordlys will send out a return shipping slip for deliveries inside Sweden upon request. Then you completely avoid paying for any shipping. If you choose to pay for your return shipping on our own, this cost will not be reimbursed.
