Shipping policy
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "customer") at NordlysViking.com and other e-commerce channels operated by Nordlys Design AB SE556932496401 (hereinafter referred to as "Nordlys" or "the company"). All goods remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.
Minimum order value
At Nordlys, there is no minimum purchase amount. However, shipping is free within Sweden for orders over 699 SEK.
Ordering / contract formation
The customer places their order online at NordlysViking.com. Purchases made in a physical store or at an event are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and therefore have different terms and conditions. Once you have placed your order, we will email you a confirmation that your order has been received. (If you do not receive an order confirmation, first check your spam folder, then contact customer service.) You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order or parts of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, but no later than in your shipping confirmation.
Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, you may be contacted with information about your package by the carrier. If you have chosen to send your order as a Letter Parcel, delivery will be to your mailbox, or if the letter is too large for your mailbox, to the nearest pickup point. Nordlys assumes no responsibility for non-trackable letter parcels after they have been handed over to PostNord. If your Letter Parcel is not delivered, please contact PostNord customer service.

Shipping within Sweden from 29 SEK. Parcels from 59 SEK.
Free shipping in Sweden for orders over 699 SEK
Shipping cost Norway from 129 NOK. Free shipping for orders over 999 NOK.
Shipping cost Denmark 99 DKK. Free shipping for orders over 699 DKK.
Shipping cost EU €9.99. Free shipping EU for orders over €99
Shipping cost USA $14.9. Free shipping USA for orders over $149
For other deliveries outside the EU we charge €34.9. Free worldwide shipping over €299
Return shipping cost: Free returns for all orders within Sweden!
Nordlys covers your return shipping within Sweden. This is easy for us since we hardly ever receive any returns. :) If you have ordered from abroad, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Fee for uncollected packages: 249 SEK in shipping, handling and administrative fees when our return and purchase terms have not been followed. We will then cover an additional shipping cost to resend the package. Alternatively, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price before refund.
Payment method costs: For invoicing, this is handled by Klarna. For invoice inquiries, please contact Klarna. Other potential costs are clearly stated at checkout.
